** The California State Report is a project designed to help students identify important facts about California using their Social Studies book as a resource. Students have been given ample time in class to gather facts and write important information on the worksheets provided for each topic. Their homework in the next two weeks is to use the information on the worksheet to create a well written paragraph about each topic. We have been working on this during our Social Studies time in class and will continue to complete the topics over the next two weeks. Students will bring their paragraphs to school and they will design the cover for their report in class and assemble the project on Thursday, June 4th.

The family life assignments should be worked on by the student and discussed with the parent. Please use the permission slips and the suggestions for at home enrichment activities at your own discretion.
