4th Grade Homework Sheet
Dear Students and Parents,
Progress Reports are coming home today. Please sign and return the progress report to school on Monday. These are not report cards, just a glimpse at students’ strengths and areas for improvement. Students can improve their grades by studying consistently throughout the rest of the trimester and turning in all daily and weekly homework. Many students also need to make corrections for failing grades on tests. If corrections are made then the failing grade will be replaced by a 75% grade. However, if students do not make corrections, the failing grade still stands.
Next week is Catholic Schools Week.(See the flyer in the student's homework folder) 4th grade will host the mass on Friday, January 30, 2009. Please join us in the church at 8:15am to take part in the celebration.
Finally, please be sure students have enough school supplies on a daily basis. 3 pencils sharpened daily will help keep distractions to a minimal and plenty of paper and index cards are always helpful!
It is a privilege to teach your children. You can always reach me at the school office 881-2416 or by contacting me at the following email address with any suggestions or questions:
