4th Grade Homework Sheet
Dear Students and Parents,
First of all, great job on the PTG performance Fabulous 4th Grade! Please remember that we are performing an Encore Performance at the OLA Funfair, Sunday May 15 @ 12 noon. Please come dressed in your costume and meet us at the stage at 11:45am.Let any relatives or friends that weren't able to make the performance know that they can come and watch these magnificent kids perform one more time at the OLA Funfair! After all, CHARACTER MATTERS!!!
Next, students should be finishing up their Book In A Can Book Report and Oral Presentations which are due this Tuesday, May 10th to school. Please refer to the assignment guideline sheet and rubric that was sent home before Easter vacation (to clarify any specifics regarding this fun project). I look forward to watching us share great books with each other that we can consider reading over the upcoming summer months.
Also, school will dismiss at noon on Friday, May 13th for the FunFair set-up. Please be sure to have transportation arrangements made ahead of time. Thank you to all the parents that have signed up to work the 4th Grade booth. If you have any questions please contact our room mom, Ms. Rosemary Zometa. Thanks Ms. Rosemary for all of your help this year with our classroom obligations and extra duties. Also, remember there is no school on Monday, May 16,2011 due to the Funfair clean-up. Students wanting to work and earn service hours need to be accompanied by adult volunteers.
Finally, Happy Mother's Day to all of the 4th grade moms out there! Your children are delightful and it is a reflection of the great parents they have “mothering” them daily. These students are a blessing to me each and every day so thank you for being awesome parents!
