Attention Fourth Grade,
The students worked hard taking notes and working on a social studies chapter review. Tonight would be a great night to listen to the CD ROM for Chapter One for our California Studies. Students can study their study guide and even complete the lesson summaries for lessons 1-4 that they began in centers today. The lesson summaries will not be collected but are just tools to help students study the main points covered. 4th grade has continued to work hard on math skills, language arts and map skills in preparation for the ITBS IOWA tests that begin on Monday, October 4, 2010. The days have been rigorous, but already Mrs. Schemenauer is so impressed by how well students have progressed in rounding numbers, estimation, grammar skills, and reading a map. Keep up the great effort and hang in there fabulous fourth grade!
